Public Software and Data

  • Static files of all of our software and research, including the gitlab projects. This is suitable for mirroring or burning to a storage medium.
  • GitLab – web interface to our local Git repositories. Nothing here yet as of February 20, 2018.
  • U.S. Government Notification, as required by the Export Administration Regulations, that we will be pursuing cryptography development. We understand that as of March, 2018 EAR is changing and this notification may no longer be required. Cryptography is not a thrust of our research, but we need some cryptography in order to use the web effectively, since most browsers are starting to mark unencrypted sites as “not trusted”.  Thus, we expect to use HTTPS URLs like everyone else. Although cryptography which obscures the meaning of a communication is not allowed on Amateur Radio, cryptography which does obscure the meaning of the communication is allowed on the Amateur Satellite Service, specifically for the purpose of controlling the satellite.
